Ms. Davies joined Grover & Badalian in 2023 as a Legal Assistant and as of 2026 has advanced into her current role as Paralegal. As a Paralegal, Ms. Davies supports the firm’s attorneys throughout all phases of each case. Her responsibilities include managing case files including discovery, drafting and reviewing pleadings and discovery materials, preparing trial exhibits and binders, coordinating electronic filings through MDEC, and monitoring deadlines and court calendars. She also serves as a primary point of contact for clients, courts, and opposing counsel, and plays an integral role in trial preparation. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Court Stringer for Protiviti Government Services, where she visited local courts daily to review filings, collect legal documents, and interact with key court personnel.

Ms. Davies earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology, with a minor in Psychology, from Howard University in Washington, D.C., graduating at the age of 20.

Ms. Davies was born in Washington, D.C., and spent much of her childhood in Charlotte, North Carolina. She later returned to the area to pursue her education and career. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, going to the gym, reading inspirational books, and exploring her interests in food, music, shopping, and dogs.
